 النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏:‏ ‏ "‏ إن الله يرفع بهذا الكتاب أقوامًا ويضع به آخرين‏"‏ ‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‌‏.‏

The Prophet (ﷺ) Said, "Verily, Allah elevates some people with this Qur'an and abases others."  [Muslim].

وقال الله تعالى: ” وَرَتِّلِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ تَرۡتِيلًا “ (المزمل ٤)

Allāh (SWT) Says: "And recite the Qur'ān with measured recitation."  Sūrat Al-Muzzammil (73:4).

 Scholars explain that this verse commands us to recite the Qur'ān according to the rules of Tajwīd.
