• It is not allowed to share your personal information, such as mobile numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, credit card numbers, etc., with any of our tutors.

Classroom Conduct:

• Students should log in at least 3 minutes before their online lesson begins.

• Parents must notify the Online Qur'ān School staff in advance if they wish their child(ren) to leave a class early for any reason.

• Mobile phones or any other devices that may distract students from their studies are not allowed during class, especially for children.

• Turning on the camera is optional during the sessions, but required for the exam.

Late Entry:

• The teacher is required to complete the entire session if she is late or compensate it later.

• If a student is late for a session, the teacher will wait for a maximum of 10-15 minutes. After this time, the teacher will leave, and the session will be deducted from the student's total hours.

Missed Sessions:

• Apologizing for missing a session should be done at least 4 hours in advance, except in emergency cases.

• If no apology is given, or the apology is delayed until the session's start time, the session will be deducted from the student's total hours.

Absenteeism:

• In the event of a teacher’s absence, the student is entitled to either reschedule the session or avoid being charged for it.

•  Any student who is absent for more than two weeks without informing us will be considered to have left the program and will lose their place. Re-enrollment in the Easy Steps Qur'ān Academy will be subject to availability and will require re-registration.

Teacher Changes:

• We reserve the right to change teachers at any time to ensure the quality of teaching.

Fees and Payments:

• The fees for courses and services provided by Easy Steps Qur'ān Academy are clearly stated on our website.

• Payment for courses must be made in full before accessing any course materials.

• Monthly payments are due on the specified date, typically ahead of time during the last week of each month for the following month.

• The course fee does not include transfer fees.

• Unless the Academy's terms and conditions are broken, the money paid will not be reimbursed.

Holidays:

• The Eid holidays are considered vacations for tutors.  

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• These terms and conditions can be changed or updated at any time, depending on circumstances and situations.
